I live on a tropical island in the middle of the pacific, but I was raised on the east coast. So naturally when October rolls around I am craving pumpkins, apple cider and all the cozy things that come with the changing of seasons and the fall season. Again, its beautiful and sunny everyday 80 degrees but what do I want – hearty feel good food. So that’s what I made.
Who doesn’t love fries?! Well if you for some crazy reason answered no, but love zucchini this recipe is for you too! Nothing really compares to a crispy deep fried potato fry but these little guys come really close. If you’re looking for a substitute or you just really want to try something new, this recipe is perfect! It’s quite simple and uses a lot of staple ingredients that you will most likely have in your pantry. Also for all my KETO friends this recipe is KETO friendly so yay!
