Baked Zucchini Fries

Who doesn’t love fries?! Well if you for some crazy reason answered no, but love zucchini this recipe is for you too! Nothing really compares to a crispy deep fried potato fry but these little guys come really close. If you’re looking for a substitute or you just really want to try something new, this recipe is perfect! It’s quite simple and uses a lot of staple ingredients that you will most likely have in your pantry. Also for all my KETO friends this recipe is KETO friendly so yay!


2 large zucchini 

½ cup almond flour

½ cup Parmesan cheese

3 tbs everything but the bagel seasoning

1tbs salt seasoning or italian seasoning

1tbs pepper

1tbs red pepper flakes 

1tbs olive oil

2 eggs 


1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. Wash zucchini and cut into 3 inch long sticks – they can be however large or small you desire (just pay attention when cooking due to sizing)

3. Mix almond flour and Parmesan cheese in a medium sized bowl – use a whisk or fork to get rid of any chunks

4. Add Everything but the bagel, salt and or Italian, pepper and pepper flakes to the dry mixture – mix well

5. Beat two eggs in a flat container 

6. Put tin foil on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil all over

7. Put zucchini stick in egg wash and then transfer to dry mixture, one at a time using tongs fully coat sticks by flipping in dry mixture then plate on baking sheet

8. Cook for 15 minutes then flip all pieces

9. Cook for another 15 minutes or until desired crispiness

There you go! I paired mine with a mayonnaise and hot sauce mix for a sauce but they can go with whatever you fancy!  Such a great healthy alternative to french fries and way to get those veggies in. Yum! Enjoy 🙂
